Microsoft GIF Animator comes with a simple and easy-to-use interface, therefore any users would find their way around the application, no matter whether they are professionals or beginners.
This software allows you to add as many images as you want in order to create an animation. You can use drag-and-drop to add images and create new animations, or you can easily open a .Gif file and modify it according to your needs.
You can easily change the order of the frames, delete them from the animation or copy into another .Gif file. There are time-saving shortcut keys available for any action, like "Ctrl+I" which allows you to add an image or a .Gif file, "Ctrl+X" that will remove the frame from the animation, "Ctrl+L" which lets you select all frames, etc.
After you finish creating or editing the animation, you can check the preview by pressing the "play" button. If you are not happy with the result, you can always go back and make alterations.
